[1] The Art and More Gallery in the centre of Vienna was packed last Saturday evening, during the opening of Hermine Sammuts and Anna Maria Boekls exhibition, which is entitled “Heimat”. The paintings of Hermine Sammut from Nadur reflected the atmosphere of Gozo and Malta, excellent Gozitan food and superb Austrians vines added their part to the ambience.

Heimat, Malta Austria together - Prof. Franz Kernic from Ottawa opened the vernisage with his philosophical ideas on the word Heimat (location where you feel at home, accepted ,happy, secured and part of it ). This was followed by a number of pretty models exhibiting the jewellery of the artist.

The exibition is being held under the auspices of the Maltese Embassy in Vienna, which was represented by Counsellor Pierre Clive Agius. It will be open until the 30th of December.
